Welcome to "Wave Watcher"! This 3-BR, 3-bath beachfront condominium is the perfect spot for your family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a weekend fishing trip. Located in the Aransas Princess condos, Wave Watcher offers fantastic ocean views from the condo and balcony, direct beach access, two swimming pools (one heated in the winter), sport courts, barbecue grills, and covered parking for 1 vehicle. It's in the Port A "golf cart zone" and is close to shopping, dining, and other activities.
When you enter Wave Watcher, you're greeting by a stunning view of the Gulf through the window wall in the living room. The spacious living and dining areas are a great place for games, a movie, or just to relax after a day of fun in the sun. The dining table seats 6 and there is a small breakfast bar that seats two additional guests. The living room has a large smart television with cable television and internet streaming options. There is a full sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. Wireless internet is included with your stay.
Off the living area is a large balcony with seating and great views of the ocean and one of the two pool areas. Watch the sun rise or end your day in the shade while checking out the fun at the pool.
Start your day with an ocean view from the master bedroom. It has a king bed, an attached full bath with a bathtub/shower combination, a water closet, and a double vanity. Linens, towels, basic soaps, and paper products are provided.
Down the hall, you'll find the full kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, and plenty of room to cook the catch-of-the-day. Appliances include a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, and other small appliances. Basic cookware, kitchenware, soaps, and paper products are included. There is also a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, a dresser, and a smart television. Across the hall is the second full bath with a bathtub/shower combination and a vanity.
The kids will love the bonus room. It has a full sleeper sofa, a smart television, and room for games. It is served by a full bath with a walk-in shower and small vanity.
From the front door, it's a short walk to the second pool area. This pool is heated in the winter and offers great sunset views. There are also two small wading pools and a hot tub. The pool area overlooks several sport courts (tennis, pickleball, and basketball are available). There are also cornhole and bocci ball courts, barbecue grills, and seating areas for a picnic or relaxation.
The Upper Deck is a perfect place for your next beach getaway! Located near the middle of town, this 3-bedroom/2-bath condo is just a few blocks from the beach and close to Port Aransas restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The first thing you'll notice is the huge deck where you can relax and enjoy the tropical breezes.
Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, dining area, and a large kitchen with stainless appliances to cook the catch of the day. Down the hallway, there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bath with a bathtub in the hallway. There is also a large master suite with a queen bed with an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This condo has a full sized washer and dryer for you to use. Please bring your own laundry detergent.
Behind the unit there is a fenced yard SHARED by all the condos for your four-legged friends to enjoy.
Two reserved parking spaces come with the unit and street parking is available for additional vehicles.

Third-coast cool and ready for your island getaway, the Quarterdeck is in the heart of Port Aransas and only a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath is in a great location, in Pirate's Cove.
Inside, you'll find a spacious living area to unwind after a day at the beach. There is also a separate dining area off of the large kitchen. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a King bed.
Both share a full bathroom with a tub/shower.
You will also find a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer, so feel free to bring your preferred laundry detergent. Your stay includes a smart TV where you can stream your subscription cable services and wireless internet service.
Outside, you'll find a small deck for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.
There are two reserved parking spaces for this condo.
Additional vehicles, boats or trailers will need to be parked on the street.
If you have a larger group, consider renting one or more of the other four units on the property. Please contact us for details and assistance in booking multiple units. We also have partnerships with some local businesses for discounts on golf carts and other goods and services.
This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $25 pet fee and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone.
If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them.
At the back of the property, there is a fenced yard for your four-legged friends to enjoy.
There is also a breezeway for cookouts, relaxing, or playing games.

Below Deck has a full bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. A wi-fi enabled smart television to stream your subscription programming and wireless internet are included with your stay. This condo has everything you will need for an affordable stay.
After a day at the beach, your dog can enjoy the fenced backyard that is shared with the other condos

There is not a washer/dryer in the unit, so please plan accordingly.
While we are dog friendly and welcome well trainded adult dogs, we do have restrictions on "agressive breeds" from our homeowners insurancem. All dogs must be approved prior to arrival/

Welcome to Simply Beachy at the Courtyard! This iconic Port Aransas property is just two blocks from the beach, has been recently updated, and sleeps 2 adults. Known for its Murphy beds and large green space with picnic areas and a shared pool, families have been enjoying the Courtyard for decades. It's located on Beach Access Road 1-A, is in the "golf cart zone", is about 5 minutes from downtown Port A,
and offers everything you need for a quick beach weekend or a longer stay.
Simply Beachy (Unit 216) is an end unit on the second floor near the stairwell giving you quick access and no neighbors on one side. Inside you'll find a renovated space with coastal decor and everything you'll need for a perfect getaway. The living room features a Murphy bed, sofa bed for the kids, additional seating, a television, and plenty of storage. Off the living area is a full kitchen with a dining table that seats four, and a coffee bar to get your day started right.
There is also a full bath with a tub/shower combination.
The unit overlooks the courtyard with two picnic areas and room for games and other activities. There is also a large shared pool for you to enjoy after a day at the beach.
The complex also has a sport court, shared laundry facilities, and plenty of parking.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit. Per HOA rules, guests cannot bring pets. We provide a parking pass for the complex (please display on your dashboard) and two wristbands for the pool area.
