Each property has plenty of outdoor space and can sleep from 17 to 32 people depending on the retreat you choose. Whether it is a wedding, cooperate retreat, family gathering or a friendly get together, we have a property that can meet your needs.
Heaven by the Shore offers 12 bedrooms, 8 baths, private pool, boat parking, and a short walk to beach. Four of the bedrooms feature a private en suite bathroom while 4 others are bunk style rooms that sleep 4 people in each room. Whether in town for a fishing tournament, special event, reunion, or relaxing get-away,
we look forward to hosting your group.
Inspired by the bright, tropical, relaxing vibe of Port A, this beautiful island retreat is meticulously decorated to bring the feel of Port A into your personal island getaway. Surf board benches, fish sculptures, resort style pool area, and a surfboard cabana is a small list of the many unique characteristics that this home has to offer.
Located on the corner of Beach Access 1A and 11th Street, this island gem is approximately a 400 yard walk (3-5 minutes) to the beach or 15 seconds by beach cart. When you're not enjoying the close proximity to the beach, relax and enjoy a cold beverage while taking in the cool gulf breeze alongside your own private pool. The pool area features a beautiful "beach-entry" style in-ground pool, BBQ grill, surfboard cabana table, and beautiful island décor to top off this coastal bend retreat. In addition to the 12 bedrooms and 8 baths, the home features two additional game rooms with a ping pong table and poker room with a wet bar and minifridge.

Coastal Lodge has a great location with a the sound of the gulf at your front door and a short walk to the beach or a short walk to town in the opposite direction.
This wonderful condo complex has 3 separate condos that can be rented together to sleep 18. The condo closest to Trojan Street, Coastal Lodge A, is an adorable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo that sleeps 4. Coastal Lodge B is next. Right in the middle, this condo has one bedroom and one bathroom with a pull out sofa allowing for 4 adults. And last, but not least, is Coastal Lodge C. This is the largest condo with beds to sleep 9. Nestled in the back, you will find a large covered deck with plenty of space inside and out to gather together.
Reserve one or all of these condos for your event. The flexibility and togetherness while still allowing personal space makes this an ideal location for your event.

This Event Location is close to everything; a Short 5 min walk to the beach, or 2 minutes to shopping and restaurants. The five condos allow you to tailor this this property to the size of your party. Separate condos allow for a shared experience with private space for some alone time.
Two Small cottages with large covered decks stand at the entrance to the property. Each cottage have 2 bedrooms with King beds and one bathroom. They also have a pull out sofa to allow the cottage to sleep 6 adults. These are popular, so book your event early if you want to include them in your retreat.
Three condos in the back of the complex make up the rest of this space. Upper Deck sleeps 6 adults with3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large, covered, private deck. Quarter deck has a small covered deck and sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms, and one bath (one person can sleep on the couch). And finally, Below Deck is a cute efficiency with a queen bed and bathroom. The room has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
