If you want your own space, you are in the right place. Each of these properties have one wall connecting it to another property, but plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the island life and getaway from it all for a while.
This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath in The Commons community is a great place for a family vacation, fishing weekend, or a relaxing getaway. This townhome sleeps 8 people with a full size pull out sofa downstairs.
Harlie Bahama features a large, open living and dining area with plenty of seating for your entire group. Cable television and wireless internet is available for your use. There is also a full kitchen and pantry with a microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, and other basic cooking supplies. The first floor also has a sleeper sofa, half bath, and a covered porch for relaxing while watching the kids swim or grilling the catch of the day in the picnic areas. There is also an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.
When you’re ready to wind down, the upstairs has a master suite with a queen bed, cable television, a generous closet, and a full bath with a tub/shower. Down the hall is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room that sleeps two. Both have cable television. Between the bedrooms is the full guest bath with a walk-in shower.
While there are no assigned spaces, The Commons has plenty of parking close to the townhouse. However, there is no on-site boat or trailer storage. Linens and basic soaps are provided, but we do not provide beach towels, laundry supplies, or condiments/spices so please plan accordingly.
This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $50 pet fee and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them,

Sunset Shores has everything you need to create great family memories in Port Aransas. This spacious 4 BR/3 BA townhome is 2 minute walk or even shorter golf cart ride to the beach. Dining, and shopping are just a short ride away, too. Gulfside Condominiums have one of the few heated community pool on the island
The tastefully-decorated home sleeps 11 guests, has a full kitchen, and features two living areas--one downstairs and an upstairs loft for the kids.
There is a fenced patio for your cookouts and a 2nd-floor balcony to enjoy our sunsets.
There is reserved parking for two vehicles. Additional vehicles may park in the guest parking area, but be aware that parking can be limited especially during summer and holidays.
When you enter the home, you're greeted by a large living/dining area with cable television and wireless internet. Beyond the dining area is the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and a custom coffee bar to start your day. Outside, you'll find a fenced patio with a picnic table and barbecue grill. The downstairs also includes a spacious bedroom with its own television and a full bath with tub/shower combination and custom tile.
When you make your way upstairs, you'll find a second living area with cable television and a DVD player. It's the perfect spot for the kids to play or for adults to read or relax in a private setting. There are also three bedrooms upstairs--each with their own television. One has a queen bed, another has twin beds, and the bunk room has a lower double bed and an upper single bed. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony to enjoy the fabulous sunsets over the nature pond and bay. There are also two full bathrooms upstairs--one with a tub/shower combination and one with a walk-in shower.
There is even a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Pleasde bring your own detergent if you plan on doing laundry.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the buildings. Guests may smoke outside as long as smoke does not enter the building and guests clean up after themselves.
