Welcome to Seashell Escape in the popular Village Walk community!  This bright and roomy 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home is just a few minutes from the beach by car or golf cart.  

Seashell Escape has some unique features that you won't find in many houses.  First, each of the three bedrooms is a suite with an attached bath which provides extra privacy and convenience.  Second, the house features two living areas--the main living area downstairs and another upstairs. When you enter Seashell Escape, you're greeted by a large, open-concept living and dining area with plenty of windows for natural light.  The living area has plenty of seating, a smart television with cable and apps, wireless internet, and games that the family can enjoy.  

The dining area features a large table that seats eight guests with additional seating for four at the kitchen island.  When you're done with dinner, your group can play a game  or work on a puzzle together.

The full kitchen is next to the dining area.  The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, an electric range, a microwave over, a dishwasher, and a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker.  

All kitchen supplies, basic soaps, and paper products are included.  Next to the kitchen is a half-bath.

If you'd rather dine outside, step outside to the fully-fenced side yard and enjoy a cookout.  The yard has a picnic table, additional seating, and a propane grill.  There is also a garage with some beach gear that guests may borrow.  Guests may park one car in the garage and two in the driveway.  The garage and door have additional clearance to accomodate larger vehicles.  Additional vehicles may park in the guest parking spots located throughout the neighborhood 

Want to take a swim?  There are two community pools in Village Walk.  The closest pool is just a few doors down from the garage and is open from 8 AM to 10 PM.  The pools are heated in the winter and chilled in the summer for year-round enjoyment.  The pools have a covered picnic area, bathroom, and plenty of lounge chairs.

Upstairs, you'll find the second living area.  It has a smart television and is a perfect place for the kids to play games, watch their favorite shows, or relax.  There is a sleeper sofa and futon that sleep a total of four guests.  This living area accesses a balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or catching up on a good book.

At the front of the house is the largest bedroom suite.  It features a king bed, sitting area, dresser, a smart television, and a private balcony.  The attached bath has a walk-in shower, separate bath tub, a water closet, a spacious vanity, and a double closet.  There is a small, fold-out futon as well that sleeps one child.

On the other side of the living area are two additional bedroom suites.  Each has a queen bed, closet, smart television, and one has a private balcony.  Both baths have tub/shower combinations.

 Bedding, towels, basic bath soaps, and paper products are provided.

Seashell Escape is a dog-friendly property (subject to weight and breed restrictions).  Up to two dogs that are 50 pounds or less are welcome provided you kennel them if left alone in the house and that you clean up after them.  Our cleaners charge a pet cleaning fee of $75 per dog.

Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet so that we can approve their stay.

Seashell Escape is a non-smoking property (including vaping, e-cigs, etc.).  Guests may smoke in the yard or on the balconies provided smoke does not enter the house and that guests clean up after themselves.  

Violations are subject to a $300 deep-cleaning charge.

If you have a larger group, consider renting our other houses in Village Walk.  We manage four other properties including one next door, two on the other side of the pool, and one across the main street.

Welcome to the Surf House!  This 3 BR/3 BA, 2-story house is perfect for your next family getaway.  Located in the popular Village Walk community featuring 2 heated pools, it is a short drive to the beach and is close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.  The house sleeps up to 10 guests, has garage parking for 1 car, 2 driveway spots, cable television, and wireless internet.  Come surf awhile!

The surf house is completely renovated and features beach decor throughout.  Enjoy the three outside sitting areas--a covered front porch to enjoy the morning breezes, a fenced yard with charcoal grill for your evening cookout, and a second-floor balcony with a peek at the ocean to catch some rays or end your day.  

The first floor features an open-concept kitchen/living/dining space to relax and enjoy the catch of the day.  There is a reading nook and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.  Down the hall you'll find a guest bedroom with a double bed and full bath with walk-in shower.  A washer/dryer is also available in the hall closet.  Upstairs is the large master suite with work station.  It has a king bed and opens to the balcony.  The master bath features a double-vanity, separate garden tub, walk-in shower, and a coffee bar with a mini-fridge.  Across the hall is the bunk room with bunk beds and another double bed for the kids.  The bunk room has it's own full bath next to it.

Welcome to Pineapple Paradise!  This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house is a perfect place for your next Port Aransas beach getaway. The house is in the popular Village Walk community on Eleventh Street, is a short drive to the beach, is close to Port A's shopping and dining, and is in the "golf cart zone".  Inside you'll find an open concept first floor with a spacious living room, a dining table that seats 8 guests, and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and plenty of storage You and your guests will love the knotty pine walls and ceilings and the tasteful coastal decor.  There is a half bath downstairs off the kitchen as well.

Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping areas and balcony.  The first bedroom featurues a king bed, a television, a full attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious closet, and balcony access.  The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a television, and access to the full hall bath with tub/shower combination.  That bath is shared with the bunk room featuring a twin bed, a set of bunk beds, and its own television.  There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outside, you'll find the large balcony overlooking the main drive in the community.  It's a great place to relax after a day at the beach and people-watch or see a peek at the ocean.  The house also has a front porch, fenced yard with outdoor seating, and garage parking.

Village Walk is a gated community with two heated pools, walking paths to the pools, and beautiful landscaping.  Cable television and wireless internet is included for your enjoyment.

There is parking for three vehicles--one in an attached garage and two driveway spaces.  Additional vehicles must be parked on the street and parking can be very limited in Village Walk.  Please limit yourself to three vehicles , if possible.  The property is located in the "golf cart zone" and guests can use golf carts to travel to the beach, around many areas of town, and within the community. 

Guests at Pineapple Paradise have the option of adding the six-seat golf cart at the property.

 Summer rates are $175 per day and off-season rates are $150 per day.

This house was originally in Old Town, but has been moved to its current location, placed on cement piers, and completely renovated.   Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the home features two bedrooms, two baths with walk in showers, a complete kitchen granite counter tops, a spacious living/dining area, and a game/reading/office nook.  Each bedroom has a queen bed, and access to full bath with a custom tile floors and walk in showers.  The kitchen features stainless appliances, custom granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, and everything you need to cook the catch of the day.  The living area has a leather sofa for an additional guest and plenty of room to relax. The separate dining area features an open concept with a breakfast bar.

Outside, you'll find a large deck and private heated pool with plenty of room to catch some rays or relax under the shade of the palm tree.  Also, outside, you will find a great green space fenced for your fur baby with a picnic table and grill, perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze and the sound of the ocean.  There are two off-street parking spaces.

Deja Blue shares the property with one other cottage, Coral Cottage. It is a one bedroom one bath that sleeps 3.  Message us about reserving both if you have a larger party.

Your stay includes all of the following:  smart television, highspeed wireless internet, kitchen/bathroom supplies, bath towels, and linens. Please bring your own beach towels. 

We welcome up to 2 well-trained, adult dogs that are not considered an "aggressive breed" for insurance purposes.  our cleaners charge a $50 pet cleaning fee per dog that covers your entire stay.  when booking, please let us know the weight and breed of your dog(s) so that we can pre-approve them.  We ask that you clean up after your pets outside (we provide dog waste bags) and that you kennel them if left alone in the house.
