This bright and roomy 3 bedroom/3.5 bath home is just a few minutes from the beach by car or golf cart.
Seashell Escape has some unique features that you won't find in many houses. First, each of the three bedrooms is a suite with an attached bath which provides extra privacy and convenience. Second, the house features two living areas--the main living area downstairs and another upstairs. When you enter Seashell Escape, you're greeted by a large, open-concept living and dining area with plenty of windows for natural light. The living area has plenty of seating, a smart television with cable and apps, wireless internet, and games that the family can enjoy.
The dining area features a large table that seats eight guests with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. When you're done with dinner, your group can play a game or work on a puzzle together.
The full kitchen is next to the dining area. The kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, an electric range, a microwave over, a dishwasher, and a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker.
All kitchen supplies, basic soaps, and paper products are included. Next to the kitchen is a half-bath.
If you'd rather dine outside, step outside to the fully-fenced side yard and enjoy a cookout. The yard has a picnic table, additional seating, and a propane grill. There is also a garage with some beach gear that guests may borrow. Guests may park one car in the garage and two in the driveway. The garage and door have additional clearance to accomodate larger vehicles. Additional vehicles may park in the guest parking spots located throughout the neighborhood
Upstairs, you'll find the second living area. It has a smart television and is a perfect place for the kids to play games, watch their favorite shows, or relax. There is a sleeper sofa and futon that sleep a total of four guests. This living area accesses a balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or catching up on a good book.
At the front of the house is the largest bedroom suite. It features a king bed, sitting area, dresser, a smart television, and a private balcony. The attached bath has a walk-in shower, separate bath tub, a water closet, a spacious vanity, and a double closet. There is a small, fold-out futon as well that sleeps one child.
On the other side of the living area are two additional bedroom suites. Each has a queen bed, closet, smart television, and one has a private balcony. Both baths have tub/shower combinations.
There are two community pools in Village Walk. The pools are heated in the winter and chilled in the summer for year-round enjoyment. Bedding, bath towels, basic bath soaps, and paper products are provided.
Seashell Escape is a dog-friendly property (subject to weight and breed restrictions). Up to two dogs (50 pounds or less) are welcome but will need to be approved before arrival.
Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet so that we can approve their stay.
Seashell Escape is a non-smoking property (including vaping, e-cigs, etc.). Guests may smoke in the yard or on the balconies provided smoke does not enter the house and that guests clean up after themselves.
Violations are subject to a $300 deep-cleaning charge.

Welcome to the Surf House! This 3 BR/3 BA, 2-story house is perfect for your next family getaway. Located in the popular Village Walk community featuring 2 heated pools, it is a short drive to the beach and is close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions.
The house sleeps up to 10 guests, has garage parking for 1 car, 2 driveway spots, cable television, and wireless internet.

The surf house is completely renovated and features beach decor throughout. Enjoy the three outside sitting areas--a covered front porch to enjoy the morning breezes, a fenced yard with charcoal grill for your evening cookout, and a second-floor balcony with a peek at the ocean to catch some rays or end your day.
The first floor features an open-concept kitchen/living/dining space to relax and enjoy the catch of the day. There is a large pantry with plenty of room for any goodies you bring. A large table seats up to 10 guests so there will be room for everyone for dinner. There is a reading nook and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Also on the first floor, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with walk-in shower.
A washer/dryer is also available in the hall closet.
Upstairs is the large master suite with work station. It has a king bed and opens to the balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy a drink in the evening or watch the sunset with a cup of coffee.
The master bath features a double-vanity, separate garden tub, walk-in shower, and a coffee bar with a mini-fridge.
Across the hall is the bunk room with bunk beds and another double bed for the kids. The bunk room has it's own full bath next to it.
This is a dog friendly property subject to pre-approval since we do have limitations on some breeds and will only allow adult dogs.

Welcome to Pineapple Paradise! This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house is a perfect place for your next Port Aransas beach getaway. The house is in the popular Village Walk community on Eleventh Street, is a short drive to the beach, is close to Port A's shopping and dining, and is in the "golf cart zone". Inside you'll find an open concept first floor with a spacious living room, a dining table that seats 8 guests, and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and plenty of storage You and your guests will love the knotty pine walls and ceilings and the tasteful coastal decor. There is a half bath downstairs off the kitchen as well.
Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping areas and balcony. The first bedroom featurues a king bed, a television, a full attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious closet, and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a television, and access to the full hall bath with tub/shower combination. That bath is shared with the bunk room featuring a twin bed, a set of bunk beds, and its own television. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside, you'll find the large balcony overlooking the main drive in the community. It's a great place to relax after a day at the beach and people-watch or see a peek at the ocean. The house also has a front porch, fenced yard with outdoor seating, and garage parking.
Village Walk is a gated community with two heated pools, walking paths to the pools, and beautiful landscaping. Cable television and wireless internet is included for your enjoyment.
There is parking for three vehicles--one in an attached garage and two driveway spaces. Additional vehicles must be parked on the street and parking can be very limited in Village Walk.
Please limit yourself to three vehicles , if possible.
Guests at Pineapple Paradise have the option of adding the six-seat golf cart at the property.
Summer rates are $175 per day and off-season rates are $150 per day.

The house is on pilings and features a large balcony for enjoying sunrise and sunset views, ample covered parking, a picnic area, and an outdoor fire pit. Inside, you'll be greeted with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. The living area has a flat-screen television, a sleeper sofa, and many windows to enjoy the views. On the other side is a dining area with seating for six guests and a full kitchen with an island.
Down the hall you'll find the master suite with a king bed and a flat screen television. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and televisions. These bedrooms share another full bath with a bathtub/shower combination. When you arrive at Mai Tide, you're greeted by a huge front balcony with porch swings and other seating that is perfect for enjoying the ocean breezes. The balcony is a great place for morning coffee, relaxing with a good book, or spending evenings with your friends and family.
Inside, you'll find a spacious, open-concept living and dining area with a full kitchen. The kitchen features a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the kitchenware you'll need to prepare the catch-of-the-day. There is also a small island for additional prep space and seating.
Off the kitchen is the dining area that seats eight guests. It's a perfect place to share a meal or enjoy a puzzle or game night. In the adjacent living area, you'll find a large-screen smart television and plenty of seating for your crew. Enjoy a movie, play games, or just relax. Down the hall are the three main-floor bedrooms. The first is the master suite with a queen bed, smart television and a closet for storage.

Mai Tide also has a fully-fenced back yard. There, you'll find a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. The yard is a perfect place for the kids to play or for your dog to stretch his or her legs.
When you're ready for some fun, the attached garage space has you covered. Inside, you can enjoy ping-pong, table shuffleboard, and bait/beer refrigerator, and a television. It's a great place to have some fun after a day at the beach. Although the garage is not available for parking, the huge driveway offers space for up to six vehicles. If you plan on bringing a boat trailer, please ask about arrangements.
When you're ready for the beach, the community features a private beach crossover just down the street. Take the dog for a walk or enjoy a sunset stroll. If you prefer to drive, the beach is less than 1/2 mile by car or golf cart down Eleventh to Beach Access Road 1-A.

Behind the kitchen is the first of three bedrooms. This ground-floor bedroom has a king bed and plenty of closet space. Next to the bedroom is a full bath with a shower.
There is also a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.
Upstairs you'll find the spacious primary bedroom and en suite. The bedroom features a king bed, smart television, two closets, and stained-wood floors. The bath has a tub/shower combination and plenty of storage. Across the hall, you'll find the bunk room with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Next to the bunk room is another bath with a tub/shower combination.
To enjoy our sunny days and tropical nights, there is a fully-fenced yard with seating areas and a barbecue grill. Outside, you can enjoy the evening breezes or take a short walk to one of the two pools. Sea-Rinity also has a two-car garage and a driveway that can accommodate two additional vehicles.

Welcome to the Hidden Pearl! This 4 bedroom/3 bath house was recently-built, has panoramic ocean views, and provides everything you'll need for your next beach vacation. The Hidden Pearl is located in the Bella Vista community and features a shared pool/hot tub.
The main living area is on the second floor which provides panoramic views of the island and breathtaking sunrises from the front porch and balcony. Inside, you're greeted with an open living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is spacious, colorful, and features ample seating and a large smart television to access your favorite streaming services (high-speed wireless internet is provided).
The dining area seats eight and is perfect for a meal, puzzles, or a game night. The adjacent breakfast bar is great for kids and has seating for four. The full kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, a walk-in pantry, a large island, and plenty of space to prepare meals. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware, utensils, and small appliances. There is even a coffee bar with both Keurig and drip machines.
Down the hall are two bedrooms. The first is the primary suite. It has a king bed, a smart television, and a large closet. The attached bath has a spacious walk-in shower with custom tile, a vanity, and a separate water closet for privacy. The kids will love the bunk room next door. It has a twin over full bunk bed with an additional trundle bed and a smart television. This bedroom is served by the hall bath that has a tub/shower combination.
Next door is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
On the third floor, you'll find a seating area where you can lose yourself in a good book. To one side is a second bunkroom with another twin over full bunk and trundle and a smart television. On the other side is a large bedroom with a king bed. This bedroom has access to a balcony with stunning ocean views. Both third floor bedroom share a full bath with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The Hidden Pearl has parking for 3-4 vehicles (depending on size). There is no street parking, but additional parking is available on La Concha Boulevard. Guests do not have access to the first floor garage or storage area. The community does not have direct beach access at this time. However, guests can drive to Beach Access Road #2 and drive to the beach in about 5 minutes.
The Hidden Peal accepts small dogs (under 20 pounds). We welcome well-trained, adult dogs whose breeds are not considered "aggressive". If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet.

The kitchen features a small breakfast bar, full-size refrigerator, a full-size range, and a microwave. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware so you can cook your favorites at home. It's a perfect place to stay for a weekend or a week.
The separate bedroom features a double (full) bed and a closet to hang your clothes.
The full bath has a tub/shower combination with a vanity.
Your stay includes smart television, wireless internet, bath towels and linens. kitchenware, paper products, and dish/hand/body soaps.
Please bring your own beach towels.
There is not a clothes washer or dryer in the house, so please plan accordingly.

No boats or trailers are allowed in the community per HOA rules.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a smart television, a work station, and access to a small balcony overlooking the community. There is a walk-in closet and dresser for your storage needs. Just around the corner is the spacious primary bath with a custom walk-in shower and double vanity.
Down the hall, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, smart television, a dresser, and a closet. There is also a fun bunk room with two sets of bunks that the kids will love.
These bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combination.
Due to the configuration of the bedrooms, the house is best suited for no more than 6 adults. The upper bunk beds are not rated for adults and have a weight limit of 100 pounds.
Please make sure to provide an accurate guest count of adults and children so that we can help you determine the suitability of the house for your group.
If you want to enjoy the beach breezes, there are several outdoor seating areas in the beautifully-landscaped yard. Just beyond the yard is a tropical walking path that leads to one of the two community pools. The two community pools are heated in the late fall, winter, and early spring.
There are no pets and no smoking (including vaping) allowed in the house. Violations of the smoking or pet policy will result in a $250 deep cleaning charge.

Gulf View Getaway is a two-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with a fenced yard for your dog and a large balcony offering views of the Gulf.
When you enter, you'll find a large, open area with a full kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. The kitchen features a large island, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a pantry for extra storage. The living area has plenty of seating for your group and has a large-screen smart television. Standard cable and wireless internet is included with your stay. The living room opens to a deck and a fenced backyard overlooking a small canal. It's a great place for a cookout on the charcoal grill that's provided or to have your morning coffee. Off the living room and kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 6-7 guests with additional seating at the kitchen island.
Down the hall is the primary bedroom. It features a king bed, a smart television, a large walk-in closet, and a full attached bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Downstairs you'll also find another full bath with walk-in shower in the hallway and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and extra storage.
Heading upstairs, you'll enter a second living area that's perfect for the kids to play games or relax. There is also a full bath with a off of this living area that serves the bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and a smart television. There are also two fun bunk rooms for the kids. One features a triple-bunk bed, a queen bed, a smart television, and views of the Gulf. The other has a double-bunk, a queen bed, a smart television and a closet.
At the end of the hall, you'll find a large deck spanning the front of the house. The deck has an outdoor dining set and expansive views of the ocean and the community.
Gulf View Getaway guests may park in the garage or in the double driveway.
Additional vehicles may park on the street in front of the house.
Gulf View Getaway accepts up to two dogs with a total weight of 50 pounds or less. If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet. There is a $100 per dog pet cleaning fee that covers your entire stay.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house.
Violations are subject to a $250 deep cleaning fee.
There is a hot tub on the back porch. GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE HOT TUB.
